Long story short I'm getting refunded on zelle and it's suppose to come in Monday. I lost my banks debit card between my order and my refund and had to order a new card. How can I get the money or am I SOL?

Is that card the ONLY info on your bank account for payment receipt? I had to use my routing number and account number.

But my debit CARD stayed in my wallet, fully uninvolved.

You’ll probably need to go to the bank to get the cash until you get your new card.

I’m guessing here. Only had a few transactions on Zelle but nothing about my debit card was used in setting up the account.

My Zelle account automatically (or should I say, eventually.) puts the funds in my account.

Yours may be set up differently and I would suggest you change your Zelle settings to receive money at your back, not put on a card?

The settings button is top left after you open the app.

I’ll be curious to know what you end up doing. You do manage to get into interesting conundrums, haha <hug the frog>

Then you gotta wait for the new card. Then fix your settings. The money will remain in Zelle.

Don’t feel bad, I CUT UP a new card. More than once in the last few years. :-O

You can't change cards on zelle. I don't know how it works. It's like there's no options for anything

I believe you. Dang it all. It’s a pretty fussy app! Not ideal, but better than nothing. Venmo is also finicky and I screw up more often than not.

Try searching on the web for help? People do tend to post stuff like this online sometimes.
