I've been loyal to Kratom and will always be. But let's talk about the elephant in the room, shall we!

I've recently got into CBD oil (less than .03%THC). I tried it from one of our amazing vendors about a month or so ago. Then, due to a family emergency, had to goto California on the next flight out (originally from California). I read too many negative things about taking Kratom or CBD on the plan. I was only taking my laptop and carry on. So I tried 2 vendors (actual stores) that came highly recommended by family and friends. Week later, came back to KY and found a vendor here. So as we all know, California has BLOWN up with medicinal medication that has turned legal for all adults.

I also learned there were two types of processing of CBD. Can't recall the names, but one product is much darker and the other a very light golden color. So I have tried 2 from California, 2 from Kentucky and here is my breakdown.

Normal ranking 1 - 5

Starting from LEFT to RIGHT.
1) - *2*Lacking.... a lot. I've messed with the dosage as I do with everything homeopathic because it's not FDA regulated. It really just did not do much for me.
2) - *3.5*At high dosage, it helped with the aches and pains from arthritis to back issues.
3) - *4* Again, a slightly high dose, but not nearly as high as #2. I genuinely felt relaxed and my pain lvl was lower than it has been in a very long time.
4) - *4.5*) Higher MG, smaller dose but all the same qualities as #3. There is a stronger version as well, but I don't think I need it.

So... I bet you're wondering... Which state has the better quality of my samplings. If you're from California, you probably know the answer. But if you're not, Kentucky, by far, dominated!! My pain management has a new friend and

I just recently picked up some CBD tincture from my local dispensary here in Cali. It is a 1:0 CBD to THC. It is a clear liquid. The bottle has no name but the box says Kentucky Pilot Hemp Program. I do notice some benefits from it mainly sleep quality. I seem to be waking up less and when I do wake up to take the dog out, I go back to sleep quickly. A couple of times a week I will take a couple of hits of an Indica vape pen followed an hour to an hour and half of CBD oil and this combo works well. The Indica helps me to fall asleep faster and the CBD takes away some of the psychoactive effects and again makes me sleep more sound. I also notice some mood lift with the CBD. I may try the 1:1 or 4:1 CBD/THC tincture.
