I recommend partial green in there unless your pain is not yet under control.

You WILL figure it out in no time!

Hello again you too. I took a teaspoon and half at 4:15 this morning. Of the Red Malay. I couldn't have fallen into roses 3 days ago with my flu bug or lung ailment!! LOL!! I'm going to try a half teaspoon of red maeng da and a half of red malay?? Heck. I have no idea what I'm doing!!! (I feel so dirty)!!! LOL!! It sure as heck is relaxing and helps with pain! Thank you both! I'll figure it out. Be blessed!

Waking up in pain is not cool at all, I’m sorry Robbie

While I still wake up in pain, it has lessened to a degree since my kratom regimen started

I’ve always have best luck with green strains , stronger pain relief for my body than any red and 99% of whites I’ve tried. Green and red blends I really like as well. Keep trying different strains and colors and your chances of finding a big helper strain/ color will be found.

Green Malay, maenga da and Bali have been great help to me, just tried green Sumatra and green Aceh, I’m very impressed with these strains from a vendor I will be reviewing soon. Pm me if you’d like to know which vendor I’m writting about ...

Wishing you the best Robbie ,

Red vein does not effect me that way. As an example of how unique each of us is.

We had to convince you to TRY IT first. Fine tuning is part of the journey..,

Most of us use partial red with a green, yellow or white in the morning.

But!

Also, DOSE SIZE makes a sedating strain of any color. If your dose size is too large, you’ll find a nap is needed regardless of flavor.

How much are you using again?

(It’s a complicated journey since your use for pain management will ALSO require adjusting when the pain medication is further in the rear view mirror).

Now you know the POTENTIAL for pain management. That’s great! I recall you weren’t up to looking at the roses three days ago. So some patience with the process of learning is essential to enjoying life on the way...

Hey! Good morning! I need to adjust something. I can see taking the red malay a couple of hours before bedtime. But after waking up in pain isn't going to work well for me. Thank you for the heads up!

Good morning Robbie

Perhaps mixing half red Malay with half green Malay .... greens are more energetic and might offset the sedation from an all red dose

Or you can try 50-50 of red maeng da mixed with another red of choice, red md tends to me more energetic but still has good pain relieving effects

Good morning everyone. I hope all are well and survived Mothers Day?? I have a need for some advice. I started Kratom yesterday. Red Malay. I noticed the sedating properties after an hour. The first hour was semi energetic. But sedating after that. I awoke this morning in pain, 4 a.m., and took a teaspoon and a half of the Red Malay. I now feel like I'm over sedated. My pain is managed but some spring in my, this is an oxymoron, step would be nice! I have Green Malay and other various "Greens". Any suggestions. It's such a beautiful day here and my roses are smiling. I'd like to enjoy them without the feeling of being on Haldol or Lithium. I'm open to suggestions.

A shout out to Rob at Insense. You sir are a kind gentleman!
