So it is okay to take the Incarvillea Sinensis with Kratom or on the same day? No contraindications?
Thank you!

When I combine the 1g Incar with my normal 1.2g dose of Green Riau (I take for chronic headaches) I do feel somewhat spacey. The incar seems to change the normal characteristic of the kratom for me. I'm not sure it it is the same for everyone else. :-?

The incarvillea is not as complicated as kratom. I take a teaspoon or two as needed and no worries with contraindications with anything in particular *INCLUDING KRATOM Doesn’t require potentiating or any of that stuff

*EDIT
I left that out because I’ve been using it for so long! But for new people, it’s SAFE WITH OR WITHOUT KRATOM

Additionally, I like to use akuamma, incarvillea and corydalis for pain. All are fine to take with kratom. But you won’t notice whether they help you if taken mixed with other stuff. I also use that opportunity to take a break from kratom and use these alternatively to help keep my kratom tolerance lower - each skipped dose helps lower tolerance in my particular metabolism

I doubt at the amounts your taking you would build a quick tolerance (but who knows, Kratom is very fickle)..I usually take two large doses 16 in the morning 16 before bed and I do a different strain for each dose and luckily once I found my top 5 strains tolerance hasn't interrupted my program. I would suggest to keep trying new vendors and find your top 5, which can be frustrating but the fruits of your labor will eventually pay off. Hang in there!!

bella,

everyones got great suggestions. I did/do rotate strains and companies often. take one or 2 days a week off of the leaf. been about 6 months and im up to 6-8 grams as my average starting day dose. ive used turmeric, soda, citrus, black seed oil, essential oils and now coconut oil. I only dose more than twice a day if my work day is more than 12 hours lol.. but I do take it for pain management.

tolerance is possible. I still take less and add more if needed. especially a new to me company. im still hoping for a lower sweet spot dose. I did take stem and vein and only took a touch over 2 grams and it worked well. day off wanted to take the leaf to take the edge off joints are super sore. already took akuamma and incarviella. took the edge off nicely. ill dose with it in the am so the leaf I haven't used in about 48 hours. I got s+v from kratom eye but I know tea time and COB has it as well.

Thank you all for the helpful advice! I am deeply appreciative of your knowledge and your kindness. I'm relatively new to the world of chronic pain, and it can be difficult at times.
I just ordered some Incarvillea Sinensis from Insense Botanicals and will try using it on a kratom-free day. Hopefully this will help control my pain and keep kratom working for me. Is the recommended dosage 1-2 teaspoons?

if you are new to incarviella I recommend starting small. like 1 gram. up to 2 is safe for a starter dose. if you don't have a digital a flat bakers teaspoon is a touch over 2 grams with their product. I just checked it for you. their skullcap and corydalis are great for night night nighttime pain, too. we are here to help if you aren't too shy or afraid to ask!

I have dosed 400 mg to 2.4 grams of incav. It should not have any contradictions with Kratom. Its a very benign botanical.
( www.ilovekratom.com/kratom-forum/general...der-extract?start=10 ) My first time taking report.

Hang in there. I remember Bomalley has had troubles with pain management, like hiccups in her routine, she would have weeks where none of her efforts were working, then it would get back on track. I think we all, and the medical establishment cannot fully understand the why's of pain.

I can attest to having the same problem (weeks on end where none of my efforts were working).

That’s definitely a mystery. With kratom, the LESS I TAKE THE BETTER during these frustrating times of discomfort. Adding more is intuitive and highly unhelpful, so trying a different herb with less mystery is a great idea and we are pulling for you.

Hopefully you’ll get some akuamma in your stash as time and money allow.

The brighter side: All of these wonderful tools were not even very common not long ago!

Many of us are lurking in the background and cheering for you.
