Thanks Bomalley for pointing me to keep consistent of doses. I have done that, not always the same but more consistent, and ive also reduced to about 16 gpd. So its been 2 weeks of that modified regiment and already noticing some benefits returning.

It motivates me to take an actual real break, knowing that it will be rewarding. Not quite for now yet but im starting to gather and try other botanicals to be ready. Yet have to get S&V and akuamma. I will have to take time off volunteering for that because after an hour and a half of easy work i hurt quite a lot, and thats with kratom. I like it though, feels good to see people and be more active.

I most definitely have to get those 5-6 other herbals as part of my pain management strategy. Im still amazed at how bad the pharmaceuticals were making me feel and how closer to normal kratom makes me feel. So funny

Over the last 3 years my pain progessively made me being less active and more depressed. Tomorrow im starting volunteering and im so glad about it :)

It is really important when using Kratom to find a dose that works and stick to it. As you have experienced tolerance can develop with regular use, however, I find that keeping the dose the same still gives me the therapeutic effects I want (pain relief).

Also I had advised this many times on the forum here for those who use kratom for mysofascial pain that it can help to improve the quality of life But it does nor cure chronic pain.

MOST myofascial pain is helped by movement and exercise that strengthens and stretches the joints. Kratom of course, can provide the necessary pain relief to get that done! Manual therapies are also helpful, but it can take a lot of trial and error to find the right ones for your situation (chiropractic, yoga, physiotherapy, massage, osteopathy etc)

I have been taking Kratom now for over three years and it continues to make my life better, but the hard work of exercise and manual therapies have had the most dramatic effect in improving my situation.

I am so glad you are finally getting out and about. Chronic pain can keep you so isolated.

And I totally forgot to mention Javanica, Hirsuta, and Stem and Vein Kratom. They are all thought to be helpful in adjusting ones tolerance, when used correctly as substitutes for regular Kratom.

Otie's offers the best price I know of for Stem and Vein, and Fused Flora has the best prices for Hirsuta and Javanica.

I can personally vouch for the top quality of Tea Time Botanicals Javanica, Hirsuta, and Stem and Vein Kratom. Soflo also has excellent Stem and Vein.

Ha, I now see that Benni Botanicals is offering a very good deal on all three.

I use, to good effect, Incarvillea Sinensis from In Sense Botanicals, Ginger Root Extract from Bulk Supplements by way of Amazon, Agmatine from Bulk Supplements by way of Amazon, Kiva Organic Black Seed Oil from Amazon, and now Life Extension ComfortMAX, 30 AM Vegetarian Tablets, 30 PM Vegetarian Tablets from Amazon.

Imo, any of those should help with pain relief, and thus enable you to take less Tea while appreciating greater pain relief than before.

The black seed oil is the most expensive, bang for the buck wise. The others are bargains, imo.

Honorable mention goes to Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil, Cold Pressed, 10g of Omegas per Serving, Non-GMO, 12 Fl Oz, which I get from Amazon. That can help with your cannabinoid system, which if in top shape can help with dealing with pain and stress. Hemp Seed Oil also improves the effects of CBD extract, CBD hemp, and even regular marijuana, though I can't swear by that last one at this time, lol.

Honorable mention also goes to the Skullcap from In Sense Botanicals. It offers tremendous bang for the buck, and is sort of like Kava or Valerian with its effects.

Gold Leaf Botanicals offers what In Sense does, if you happen to prefer to shop there, as they have the same owners.

Around a few month ago I made an effort to see how low I could go with my Kratom doses while still enjoying most of the benefit I got from it. I have the time and the funds to experiment, and I've been interested in supplements for decades, so I figured why not try this. It's more expensive this way, and it takes up time measuring everything out, but I feel I learned a lot. And it's nice to know what's out there that works when whipping my tolerance into line.

The weeks slipped into months with this new regime and I'm grateful for what I learned but I never intended to adhere all that strictly to it. So for a while I'll go halfway back towards my previous, pretty sustainable, amounts that I'd been taking.

P.S. Rather than edit my post I'll add in one more honorable mention, one for energy and positive mood, Rhodiola. I currently take the version standardized for Salidroside. What's one more bag of powder lying around, so I get mine from Bulk Supplements. Amazon is currently out of it, but the Bulk Supplement site has it.

P.P.S. A discussion of the main ingredient in that Life Extension ComfortMAX: www.doublemherbals.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3153

Several papers have demonstrated that an imbalance of the endocannabinoid system (ECS) and alterations in the levels of PEA occur in acute and chronic inflammation.[8] For instance, during β-amyloid-induced neuroinflammation the deregulation of cannabinoid receptors and their endogenous ligands accompanies the development and progression of disease.[9]

PEA has been shown to have anti-inflammatory,[3] anti-nociceptive,[10] neuroprotective,[11] and anticonvulsant properties.

Right on brother! Yeah I absolutely love Benni and his products great quality and awesome customer service super affordable… Of course it’s gonna cost a little more to ship to Canada, Yep tolerance can creep up on you pretty quick… Rotating varieties is always a good thing, having some stem and vein on hand and some hirsuta ( Benni is carrying premium hirsuta... very nice ...and stem and vein ) Mixing these with smaller amounts of kratom , also akuamma is great for pain, goes well with kratom. These options can help while lowering your lowering tolerance !

Hi ILK!

I thought my next post would be in the review section but here it is: i can't differentiate between any of them! Im not even sure i could tell a white and a red appart in a blind setting. It still works for pain tho which is the reason i take it. But my doses had gonne up from 3.5 to 5gr and my gpd amount from 12 to 25 over the 3 months i have been using kratom. I gonne tru over 2kg in those 3 months. But it help so much.

I recently received my 3rd kilo from a 3rd vendor which i know is high quality. So it tells me that the previous 2 vendor i tried were good quality also. This dulling effect happened despite taking turmeric extract every other day, doing rotation and waiting 4-5 hours between serving.

I was a little bummed out by this so i reduced dose size and frequency and have been closer to 15 GPD for a week now. I still get pain relief, i just have to be a little more mindfull about it. I will report back.

Thanks for all i read here i know not to overdo it and keep uping amounts. I still aim for 75% pain reduction and im usually at 4/10 when it take it.

For anyone wondering the 3 cie i bought from are cks, cke and benni botanicals. All 3 have quality product and fast delivery. At least one i had a discount code for and Benni trew in some extras and goodies. As for prices they all cost me between 165 and 210 CAD. This was for split kilos 4 way and 10 way with benni.

Thanks for being there friendly community :)
