Stem n vein Is commonly used to lower tolerance. I use it every few days AT LEAST, so my doses stay at 1 and a half to 2 teaspoons every 2-6 hours.

Even after using extract for a week, stem n vein brought my tolerance down within 2 days on the outside.

Christopher’s Organic Botanicals (COB) has a nice blended powder version. I think Nan70 said she likes one she gets from PA Botanicals? She’ll be along to correct me on that.

Many vendors don’t bother listing stem n vein, but many have it if asked. They gotta test a lot of strains, ya know?!

EDIT: PS: Joe @ RE-LEAF LLC will argue the issue. He suggests agmatine. Which I found to be a good analgesic as well as a potentiator, so it makes sense to use less powder and add agmatine. But. Agmatine MUST BE used on an empty stomach. It turns into protein if there’s food in your stomach.

Agmatine is inexpensive and useful! I got the munchies from it! So I gained quite a bit of weight using that method. But it ALSO works.

Hopefully some other peeps will post what they use! Great question!

thank you for your feedback. my apologies on the wrong terminology, luckily you could obviously read my mind ;). Thanks again for the info.

My favourite mix is any red (good for pain control) mixed with White Horn.

Surprisingly the White Horn I get works for pain so it must have higher mitragynine content.
Ratio is usually 4 parts red and 1 part white.

I also mix two different Maeng Da strains. One vendor has a Maeng Da (Thai) which is quite strong - too strong for me, so I mix it (ratio 1/1) with an Indo Maeng Da I get from another vendor.

Pa Botanicals has sold out again of their Stem and Vein.
They just restocked it too only a few weeks ago.

I use turmeric powder with all my Kratom doses. Some will swear its help tolerance and allow lower doses. I am a low doser 1.7- 2.5grams so its hard to determine but I have been taking Kratom for about a year and have not needed to increase my dose.

I don't think I will be trying Agmatine any time soon I do not need help in the munchie department lol.

how much tumeric do you use to help with tolerance? IS there evidence on this you have found anywhere or how did you come across this helpful trick? I will be glad to give it a shot and see if i notice anything.
Another question. Does it help to keep tolerance low or lower tolerance or does it act as a potentiater allowing you to use less?

Thank you for your help. i will give it a shot and lyk if it does help me. Very much appreciated.

Hi Lifework how's your night?

I feel turmeric helps keep tolerance low maybe not lower tolerance. If you taper and want to try to keep consistent lower doses I feel it will help.
Most say it potentiates Kratom but since I was already taking turmeric I cannot fully judge this.

I do give this advice with turmeric. You need a good supplement, research and check reviews. Picking any turmeric from a local drug store might not be good quality, If using capsules I recommended to look for one with bioperine-(black pepper) 1500 mg.
You will need to find out what will work for you. I take kratom together with turmeric. I use powder turmeric I buy from a local Indo/Paki store and buy the brightest organic yellow orange brand I can find I am up to almost 2 grams of turmeric. I also add 200mg of table black pepper. Pepper helps with absorption. Turmeric is not easily absorbed its needs a fat (like olive oil) or black pepper to help. When I recommend people take turmeric for inflammation I am very on their case to take turmeric the right way and food helps absorption Since Kratom sometimes is better on an empty stomach black pepper will do. For purposes of inflammation it might take up to three weeks to feel the full effects from turmeric.

If you give it a try I would love to know the results.

When I only have a few grams of a few different white and greens, I will sometimes mix them together in on package and label it green/white mix. I have done this a handful of times and I enjoyed each blend.

I just took my samples that only had a few grams left and mixed them to one super mix. I added my sample whites that I barely touch into the mix and now I have it labeled super day mix.
It's comprised mostly of White Borneo, Bali, Maeng Da. With a sample green mix and my left over Green Kali.

I see a lot of Green White mixes and Red White mixes but not too many people talk about mixing Red with only Green strains without a white tossed in. :-?

Obviously I'm a bit late to this, but I was looking for suggested blends for my new job, and I noticed that nobody mentioned my favorite blend: 1/2 and 1/2 green Malay and gold bali or gold maeng da. I've also used green md with gold md or bali. I've had great success mixing either of the greens with either of the golds. Extremely helpful for pain, energy, and mood lift. If rotating wasn't so necessary for me, this is the blend I would take all the time.

Guys, I just mix every time I take Kratom. In the morning I try to do a Green 50%, white 20%, Red 30% or something similar.

Night are 25% Red , 25% Red , 25% Gold , 25% Bentuangie.

I like to order a lot of different strains and make mixes all the time.

I typically mix 2/3 green to 1/3 white for mornings... on occasion 2/3 white to 1/3 green , midday might be all green of one strain, evening sometimes 2/3 red to 1/3 green... most nights solid red .. I dose bigger on the reds because very few seem to have sedating effects with my chemistry. The most sedating reds to date are bentuangie, and soon as I get my first order of red Malay maeng da from PDO, I imagine based on Jeffery’s suggestion that this will be a super chill strain that has a big moodboost effect.... I’m looking forward to it,

Also have the remnants of many bags emptied into a Tupperware. Haven’t tried it yet though... could be amazing and I wouldn’t even know ... its the “problem” of having so many good options to choose from,

Definitely green is my go to , only mixed white with red a couple times... need to do more research!!! The experiment goes on (L)
