I tend to wonder if this species of plant is a good choice for your headaches, too, Don.

Didn’t you say that incarvillea gave you some headache relief?!! I’m thinking we (you) should maybe revisit THAT herb for your particular kind of pain. It’s got a better history of treating even some sorts of migraines as well, whereas kratom doesn’t have a good track record of treating headaches,

I won’t go into the issues related to this particular strain, as I don’t think it’s the best PLANT for your issues.

Just my opinion from reading your (lack of) results across the board with this plant type.

Hugs !
Laurie

Green Malay seldom works for me for pain management. PAB has some of my favorite pain relieving greens
their GM was okay not as good as the Borneo, Same with Insense Green Hulu, Green Thai awesome, Green Malay gets a C grade.

Good evening everyone. Nice the hear the good update from Victor. Shows you what happens when practical compassionate medicine is practiced and doctors actually practice for the benefit of the patient and not their egos.

Tigger I ordered from NC in capsules to avoid the kilos. Maybe not economical but its a way to sample for under $30.00.

Laurie,
This is what I have seen over my 3 month journey so far. :cheer:

The Incarvillea doesn't help with the headaches but is outstanding for almost all other pain. It is especially good for the bone pain that I have had for 40+ years in my leg. :-bd
None of the other non kratom herbs helped with headaches either. The Chuchuhuasi had great pain relief but it gave me headaches. The corydalis and akuamma were also good for basic pain relief only.

Here's a mini review based on what works best for my headaches so far; all are from In sense.
Green Riau has been the best overall since I first tried it.
Green, regular and premium, MD is the 2nd best for headaches and overall pain relief.
Green Ketapang is 3rd.
Gold MD is next.
White MD helps with headache but no pain relief.
White Ketapang helps with headache but no pain relief and causes a lot of spaciness.

None of the Reds helped with headaches. Some actually gave me a headache; Red MD-In sense and Red Fibro-PAB.
All reds make me tired.
The best Red for other pain for me has been the Red Kx.

Nan I had thought of buying the capsules from NC but I'm kind of cheap at times.

Don :)

Victor,
Are those your kids in the avatar? I don't remember seeing them there before. Was I just blind or did you recently update it?
They are both very cute. I love her curly hair. She reminds me of some of my cousins in their younger days. :)

michele,
I've worked those kind of hours in my youth (pre 50s) but unfortunately always on salary.:(

I've always been cheap. Except when it comes to my grand kids. :woohoo:

They'll be getting new bikes for their birthdays these next 2 months. :-bd

What!! it's after 9pm and I'm still awake! Good night y'all. :-h

yeah only thing I splurge on ( other than supplements of course.. but that's more a need ) is good vegetable plants. edible kids/ grandkids? lol and until we qualify to get reimbursed im paying my moms nurse more than I get paid an hour lol.. not by a lot but still. but it is sooo worth it. shes a nurse in case any of her issues go awry. that in itself is priceless. and she helps with everything!

I hear ya don its 10 here.. pumpkin turning time for me too when I had to be in super duper early. hugs to liz!

Great summary on your adventure thus far, Don!

Victorb153, I’m sure Joe at Re-Leaf LLC will kindly send you the best suggestion from his phenotypes. Just ask his advice? Unless you plan to shop around?

Hi everyone! <hug>
