I personally have about 4-5 kilos of Natures Cure product set aside.... Joel ... your good my friend! You’ve been nothing but great as a company and member here ... can’t please them all ! Even with exceptional product lol

Like Michelle,kayto and the others said .. you have our confidence with being all about great product with awesome customer service ...

Btw.... your ashwanine product it very good !! I never posted a review... but I will soon... beautiful compliment to kratom in the evening !!

Hi Joel,
Happy returning customer here. In fact, I'll proudly admit that I have an order in process now with Naturescure.
In my humble opinion, you have bent over backwards to make this right with the customer. First, you ship on good faith not knowing whom you are dealing with.
Second, when said customer is not satisfied, you went to great lengths to make it right. His claim of bad kratom from you is suspicious to say the least, but it could happen, I suppose, depending on many factors outside your controls.
Here's where I have a real problem.
The unfounded threats. Once a threat is made, all deals are off.
Let this guy go on his way, do not give him the time of day. Once his money clears, send it back to him and take the loss. Document everything.
Your products are some of the best I have laid my hands on, and I will continue to order them.
Not saying the guy has ill intent, not at all. However, threats are a deal breaker in any business transaction.

no offense to this gentleman, but most of us know you and trust, and love your products, and will always give you the benefit of the doubt. with the digital world and everyone expecting an immediate response is annoying to me too. I tell the guys I work with that if they don't stop f ing around on those phones ill break their thumbs! (lol) I know many of us grew up in a different era but seriously...ill do what I can to warn others!

I've been in constant communication with this customer and offered help. I offered to ship the opened product back for a FULL refund, (or a replacement if he preferred). He said that he is not going to ship it back, and either I ship him more (better) product and he keeps his first order too, or he threatened to start posting bad reviews on the forums and online.

I explained that our Green Maeng Da gets great reviews (see page 1 of this thread... and everywhere else), so I'd rather not ship him any other Kratom because I don't want him to be disappointed because he will probably will not be satisfied with anything else I send him. Doing so for his own best interest. Also, I'm not sure why he can't just ship it back for a refund - and why it would have to come to threats. The only thing I can think of is maybe he (or somebody else) took most of it already. Or he is trying to scam or extort us for free product. Maybe other vendors have had the same thing happen to them? Not making any accusations, but just trying to make sense of it...

Also, he hasn't even paid for the order yet. He was a first time customer and paid with eCheck, and instead of waiting for his check to clear (which can take 5-10 business days), I shipped in good faith next business day. I offered a full refund once I actually receive his payment and the product is shipped back.

(I feel like) I've been more than helpful and responded immediately to all of his emails and concerns.

He demands I send him more free kratom (and keeps the other order) and if I don't do so, threatened to post bad things about the company. He didn't even give me enough time to respond to that email before posting this bad review on here (posted 1-2 hours after he sent the email).

Unfortunately, I have to come on here and defend the integrity of our company. I think I've been more than helpful. Our return policy states that we can't accept opened packages, but I made an exception for him.

Here is the whole email chain so others reading this can see that we replied promptly and offered many solutions to try and make the customer happy.

This is ridiculous kratom I dont even know if it is kratom you need to send me some good gmd I'll send this back so you can test it or whatever but its bullshit. I will let you make it right but if not I'm getting on reddit and everywhere and posting how much bullshit your kratom is I need a response by monday.

If you're not happy with that strain, I doubt you would be happy with any of them. It is our best selling strain, and receives lots of good reviews. So, just don't want you to be disappointed again. You won't be happy with anything else I ship you.

I'll send you a full refund as soon as the money is withdrawn from your bank account, and the product is received back. The cost of shipping is only $6.

And then within an hour or two, he posted the comment above and who knows what else. Keep in mind this communication was on a Sunday as well... probably not a lot of customer service available on a Sunday for Kratom vendors.

Yes, I've been following along and lurking from time to time, but I always keep an ear open for Naturescure reviews.
Joel's place is less than 50 miles from my place, so it's a no-brainer going with him most of the time. I very much agree with you about the Red Borneo there.
I have taken your advice about the corydalis root, I did order some (not the extract, so it's not too powerful) it really takes the edge off at night.
I do use EC Botanicals for their Premium Green Borneo, it's fire to be sure. However the reds they offer don't have the alkaloid profile that suits me, so I only go with their greens.
It's a crap shoot at first, and I am excited about folks trying new vendors, and eventually everyone finds what's right for them.
Anyhoo, it's good to be back around - anytime I see a comment for Naturescure, my radar goes up lol.

im glad you found us. im sorry its under duress. ive never had a batch from them that wast great. during a weekend give them a couple days to get back to you. most small companies don't work 7 days. im sure they will make it right. the red borneo is one of my favorite non sedating reds! did you try changing your dose? first lower of course.

there are a couple great reputable kratom companies that just don't WORK for me. im sure they are good for some, or they wouldn't still be in business! just doesn't mesh with my chemistry for some reason. I agree with a couple OGs here. each company either works for you. or maybe it doesn't at all.

have you contacted them about this ? I’m asking because before posting negative feedback , it’s great to give the vendor an opportunity to correct any issues a customer may have ...if you’ve already contacted them ... and the problem hasn’t been remedied .. that’s a diff factor to consider !

As a ILK approved vendor they have ( I believe) a certain satisfaction guarantee with their products.. so without knowing all the details.. I’d contact them and see what can be done to resolve the issue :-bd

There’s also that concern of respectful conduct on your part, as a customer seeking a service . I wish you the best !
