Tiggerman
Green malays are hit and miss with me. It definitely doesn't help with migraines...
Funny thing is though some of the best reds I have had were labeled red Malay. Go figure...

Hello :-h Laurie, Nan, Brandon, Robie, Michele, Marcus, Bomalley, Victor and the rest of the family. >:D How are y'all? :-? :)

Been extremely busy lately so I haven't posted in awhile and didn't know where to jump in so I picked this thread. I picked it because LL sent me an email that they are having a contest. It is not a free one like the other 2 recent ones with the number between 1-1000.:(
But you have the potential to win 3 kilos! :woohoo:
Unfortunately?? you need to buy a kilo to get in on the contest. Anyone feel lucky?
Anyway... I pray you are all as well as some of us older folk can be.

Oops, I forgot to say hi to twink. Hi twink. :-h

Nan,
She does snore sometimes but not as much as I do.
I have earplugs on my nightstand that I use when she is loud enough to keep me up.
She nudges me when I'm sawing logs. I won't nudge her because I don't want her to wake up and leave me cuz then the boogeyman would get me. :woohoo:

I couldn't straighten up to sit or stand before my L5-S1 surgery. After surgery with the disc cut out and off the nerve it was a relief, I could stand and walk straight again.

I'm just glad she sleeps in the bed most of the time now.
I was missing her being there to protect me from the boogeyman.

Ah she doesn't snore? My husband has been looking for a reason for me to sleep in another room apparently I saw logs in my sleep. I am sure the noise scares the boogeyman away, right?
Liz, protector of all that goes bump in the night.

Tammyfaye,
I was just the opposite when I had my spine surgeries. I couldn't stand sitting in a chair. Especially after the L5-S1 fusion. :(

I'm just glad she sleeps in the bed most of the time now.
I was missing her being there to protect me from the boogeyman.:silly:

Nan,
She could always whoop my butt. I just act tough.

I can't remember if I said it before but the only green malay I have tried is from PAB.
It gives me a little pain relief but also makes me spacey and I get no headache relief.

Gotta go now the boss just asked for a massage and I don't want a whoopin so I'm going.

Y'all have a great night and pain free sleep. :-h

I feel the chair deal Tiggermanscrat. Last night in fact I returned to my recliner. After maybe a month of being able to go to my bed (yay kratom and PT) I had a rough day at work yesterday 2hich brought on the sciatica with end results of the heating pad and recliner. Thankfully this morning was better but I can say TGIF.

Most have had great success with green malay but I have not.

I have not tried the praised Nautre's cure Green Malay. But over all its not a strain I get much benefit from. Out 4 different vendors only Pa Botanicals has one I can take on slow works days for rotation. Every body else's Malay the pain relief is too short in duration for me.

Glad to hear Liz is doing well with PT, You might have to start working out to keep up with her soon,

Laurie,
Liz is a liquid aholic.
She drinks water, gatorade, grapfruit juice, and I started buying her Bai fusion drinks for her. She really likes them.
