Robie wrote: Good morning everyone. (waving mildly) How are you all? Laurie, Nan, BoMalley and Petunia? I hope your mother's are doing better? I feel great empathy for those taking care of their mother. It can be a very hard task. I'm remembering my own beloved mother. It's almost like taking care of a very large child going through their "terrible two's". The ever expanding NO in their vocabulary. It's very frustrating. I truly hope all is getting better for you.

I logged on today and saw this dosage thread. I'm open to all suggestions on improving the efficacy of the Kratom. I will not consider concentrates. I'd much rather stay with the leaf in it's most basic form. That being said. I'm very open to all suggestions for improving the pain relieving properties of Kratom. I use turmeric. I even have a capsule press thingy and use turmeric and pepper. I take my kratom with a little lemon juice. But I still have to take 4 to 6 advil a day to control my pain. I don't like doing that. It's hard on my kidney's and I can definitely feel it being hard on my kidney's.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day. It's always nice to see everyone.

Be blessed in all things,

Robie

Incarvillea Sinensis, Corydalis, Berberine & Akuamma Seeds are all good for Pain. Also Black Seed Oil Extract seems to be a Pain Reliever as well as a Potentiator. Incarvillea Sinensis is the Best Pain Reliever in my Book.

Here are some Alternatives to Ibuprofen:
