that's it. another praise feed for you. you are truly one of the biggest hearted kind women I have known! empathy is a virtue to you. hope mom and the man are good.

nice to see you when you can! im not working right now and quarantined myself. and on a kratom break. woo hoo! but 3 different stem and vein keeps me sane. the only downside is I cant tell if ive had any w/ds cause im already sick lol...

Has anyone heard from cbrob380 yet? If you get this, cbrob380, please update us on your package status (even tho ILK is not affiliated with Meridian Botanicals), lol. Hope your package has moved along in the shipment process. Start making plans to place your next order with them so the extra long wait won’t be an inconvenience for your schedule/lifestyle.

ive been waiting for weeks for them to have frankincense extract back in stock! ggrrrr.. theyre the only place I trust that has ground extract that's 65% boswellic acid.

so glad to see you. im glad you are well..grumpy is ok! im getting over cold/ flu. figures once I get some time off im sick! lol..gonna buckle down and go to the clinic cause my lungs are starting to hurt. only wanna get put on meds if absolutely necessary.

I still think its too bad vendors cant have more ecommerce pages on ebauay or amazin or whichever. im guilty of the one stop shopping delivery all too often! their prices are generally cheaper than the stores!

I agree with you about not wanting to be a vendor. too hard to live up to those standards and amazingly hard work. and you know my job can be grueling, but I have nothing on them! that's more a 24/7 job. even if its 5 days a week I bet Mondays a beach! CT does need at least one storefront. maybe a metaphysical or stone shop that supplies kratom and other herbals. but the 30 dollar ounce we got from our local seedy smokeshop makes me now want to punch the owner!

You’re so right, blame the programmers before we outsource ourselves! :-o

The fascinating thing is specific to the kratom industry. Most of the vendors I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with are also suffering with health conditions which is how they found the leaf! Then they decide to HELP OTHERS get good product and good prices - and it snowballs from there and then you have the same, injured or ill vendor busting a$s to get product and services to the highest standards, trying to help with keeping it legal with advocacy and donations..

Over the years, I’ve been asked why I am not a vendor. I don’t know much, but I know I cannot work as hard as they must - period! Never mind that I don’t know much. The ecommerce for kratom is some of the most expedient and thorough service like no other!

In other words, kratom vendors ROCK and they work HARD to make every transaction flawless. Drone delivery is probably not far from reality!

Laurie!!! It’s lovely to see you ... always makes me smile with appreciation!!

It’s crazy how Much we consumers demand / expect ..!!..!!.. I’m guilty to a point lol, but it’s always a good stance to be realistic with what vendors can do customer service wise... being human and not a computer lol... the day we have artificial intelligence running the service ... then we can blame the programmer ...lol... But in all seriousness.. they (most) go to the moon and back for us.... it’s amazing how much they do to stoke us out (L)B-)I personally love the small family operation.... small or big .. we have some wonderful folks doing everything in there power to give us the best they can (L)

Miss you, too! I’m fine, maybe a bit grumpy.

cbrob380, there are a zillion other vendors that sell good product and have 24/7 staff available for updates. You are not the only kratom shopper who wants updates on the whereabouts of the order at all times.

The particular vendor you use does not offer that service (it’s expensive and they are probably a family operation).

Finally, lots of times the tracking number shows as not shipped because the method of shipping doesn’t log it in as shipped until it’s received and on your doorstep. That happens a lot. I’m sure they did ship it yesterday since they contacted you to inform you that it was.

Like Michele373 said, we’ve told you this before...so it’s not a new issue. I appreciate your wanting product from one vendor who does not have staff to contact you as often as you like. But we can suggest many others that DO offer that extra service.

You gotta order 2 weeks ahead of time to get restocked by this vendor.

if they are closed on the weekends im sure its just catching up and getting everything out. ive never had an issue NOT getting product, just slow. we have warned you about this!
hang tight and watch the tracking#. im sure its not easy to fill orders while trying to answer 1000 emails, none of which are spam. look at it that way...

laurie is right! and I miss that wonderful woman! as long as you are well!

yes I understand it's just that he told me it would ship out yesterday and it still hasn't that's all...lol I get panicked when I cant reach or get a reply from a business,I've ordered from..my bad I just appreciate contact of some sort between business and consumer thanks everyone
