I need some new supplements. I dont trust any of them have what they say after that study. Someone connected to this forum has a naturopathic doc that i think has a supplement business. Is it Nutroceuticals? I was checking it out last week and it looked good. I need the basics to start wiggh cause i dont eat well since my hands dont work hardly. kratoms been giving me more energy and i actually cooked something. Anyone know about that company

Hi michele373, thanks for your honest and in depth explanation. Helped me understand about how different products are used. It seems like my tolerance levels for Kratom have been high right from the start. I started Kratom because my very good friends sister was getting good results and sh is working full time. Like me got completly tolerant to her dose of doctor prescribed meds due to heavy injuries and it stopped working on pain. My doctors and surgeons wanted me to take more but a big no from pharmacist. And they were out and couldnt fill in time Im using some pretty heavy meds from my ortho surgeon, not the usual stuff and wds were scaring me and really sick of all the bs with pharma.i heard Kratom could help. I started out on red Maeng da. Had to use a lot of kratom at first to stop wd from these heavy meds. been on since 2006.got through 5 days with crazy few meds and actually felt good. Kratom is amazing. Got back on the meds but with them onlya 6 to seven pain control. Doc says thats considered acceptable pain now. Backed down on Kratom amounts lots and use it about 4 times a day. And it works on the break through pain!! Im so excited. My pain levels are way down.maybe a 2. Ive had times of no pain.that has not happened in many years. I am in ecstacy. Kratom is the most amazing tree. Product what ever. 3 weeks ago I picked uo a suicide hot line card because I knew I could not live in so much pain. Know I am feelin g great about living and have plans to actually do stuff.thanks to your story i can see i have to be careful. I think i too need a larger dose to stay out of pain.

Dont worry about being abnormal. That is the most interesting people, no lie. Ive never fit in any mold but had lots of fun. Kratom is saving me. Sorry for the long short message. LOL. Im checking out Oties . Open all nite:)

Laurie wrote: I’m also interested in a quicker tolerance reducer. The stem n vein only took a good 7 days to IMPROVE tolerance for about a month. Same with Hirsuta only and it was not as successful as stem n vein (not sure why since the alkaloids differ).

Agmatine gave me some pain relief and munchies worse than smoking weed - not helpful at my age!

Agmatine hypoglycemic effects are the result of simultaneous modulation of several molecular mechanisms involved in blood glucose regulation

Huh, maybe that's what puts Adam and Becca a bit on edge, when combined with its stimulating effect? Edit: I'm suggesting that it was giving them low blood sugar. My body is used to getting fat/oil as its fuel in the morning, so maybe that helps spare me the munchies, and feeling edgy, when I take it? Supposedly MCT oil and protein, or the amino acid Glutamine, can ward that off. Dr. Atkins was really big on Glutamine for lots of stuff.

Laurie wrote: Babel17, I’m interested in your choice for lecithin. All of the ones on Amazon have misleading product labels on the front., like a big tub of the stuff looks to have MANY DOSES, but it’s actually necessary to take over a tablespoon and then only has 45 servings. The various pill versions say “2400 mg, 200 capsules” for example. But turn it over and you need to take 2-4 massive pills to reach a 2400 mg dose, for example. I suppose you bought 5 lbs? Haha
I’m looking to experiment only before jumping into bulk orders ;)

Yeah, I don't go by their dosing at all, I use less than a teaspoon.

www.livestrong.com/article/459593-amount-of-lecithin-in-eggs/

smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MU73UKS

NOW Supplements, Sunflower Lecithin with Naturally Occurring Phosphatidyl Choline and Other Phosphatides, Powder, 1-Pound

So the serving size they suggest would equal twenty eggs! Maybe it's for baking purposes?

I like that lecithin also has inositol, which can be critical for health and mood.

Here's the black seed oil I take.

Here's some science, or as the Yang Gang says, the Math. :)

www.reddit.com/r/kratom/comments/2wq0z0/nigella_sa..._as_a_potent_kratom/

Bulk Supplements says just one gram is the dose for their extract. Oh well, it's not like it's a chore to take more. I dislike bringing chemistry into any discussion of Kratom, as there's more to herbals than that, but since these supplements seem to be doing good things for me, I take them, and having "Math" to back up my usage helps with the confirmation bias, lol.

Whatever works. :)
