Ditto from me also on that statement. >:D :x

I would have been lost without you and Nan and still trying to find something to get rid of the headaches.

Hi jayisk, :-h

The one i am currently using is 1,500 mgs of Turmeric. And i take it twice daily before
taking kratom.

That sounds the norm. Turmeric is not easily absorbed by the body thats why pepper is added but its even better when taken with saturated fats. Turmeric is best taken with food but kratom maybe not. So I been taking a half teaspoon up to a teaspoon of coconut oil with my turmeric and kratom on an empty stomach.

I am old school with turmeric. I buy a good quality powder (hopefuly) from a local indo/paki grocery store and add table black pepper. My dose is 2000 mg of powder, 500 mg pepper. I also put turmeric in my green tea at night. So that's 3 doses a day, at least 6000mg. but I do not know how much Curcuminoids I am getting so I am more liberal with the powder than I would be with an enhanced or extract supplement.

Hi Nan,
How much Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine do you take a day.
The one i am currently using is 1,500 mgs of Turmeric. And i take it twice daily before

Wondering if that is good or too much?
Thanks!

Maeng Das-
I have one red I use and like.
One Green from Nature's cure which got me through touring sites through LA, Ca. while sick.

You are right they are mostly absent from my suggestions. Sometimes I believe it's a mix of kratom. What happens to me with mixes is I feel, I am lower doser 1.7 grams is my Green dose, that I will not get enough of the alkaloid in a mix that I seek for relief. And what would those alkoloids be? www.kratomscience.com/mitragyna-speciosa-kratom-alkaloids-effects/ ??

Mixes tend to have shorter duration. For some reason Maeng Das especially the greens wear off too quickly. I find Elephant strains to do the same. Pain Relief is less from my experience also. So I don't buy them anymore.

My Red dose is 2.4 gram and I only do Reds at night. I have less issues with Red Maeng Das.

Hope that made a little sense

Hi!
I had a direct conversation with a Supplier and it was REALLY informative! Red or Dark Red Maeng Da was suggested as a particularly strong analgesic, but reserved for end of the day/bed time.
Nan, Maeng Da has been conspicuously absent from your strains of choice, .... and my only experience with Maeng Da has been just one strain of green, that was not analgesic and stimulating in a "Yerba Mate kind of way".
Regardless, I'm going to try a significant enough size of the Red or Dark Red Maeng Da to give it a fair test. The Supplier I spoke to is either terrifically authentic, or the worlds most knowledgeable pretender (he is not a pretender!). But I'm curious as to your experience Nan.

I will take the compliments thank you guys!

I hope you like the Green Borneo. I have purchased at least two different times (batches) and its been very consistent.
That's another issue with Kratom sometimes you go to order your same favorite and its not the same.
Also you can have 20 people love one vendor's Green Malay, then I will order a sample and I am the party pooper who didn't like it. Its kratom, that's what can happen lol.
I have best results with Kratom that provides anti inflammatory alkoloids. I hope you get the same physical lift I get from the Borneo. Usually from my arthritis I have heaviness in my legs that takes all morning to shake out but with this strain I am leaping up stairs and racing to work.
All greens give me a 20/30 minute mood uplift(honeymoon) before settling in to business. Think its just me. What matters is being able to have optimal function for a good duration. I do not like feeling "heady" whites will do that to me. Green Borneo is a straight forward work horse, I hope you get a great batch and similar results.

Vendor's have to shy away from anything resembling medical advice. There is a sort of code kratomnites have to decipher.

I don't use any Red's for work but I never tried the Red Dragon blend I do believe Michelle uses this successfully for a work day blend.
Green Hulu is in my rotating stash, right now its been out of my line up so I reduce my tolerance to its effectiveness. It's very good for pain relief, I remember it has a quick onset which is good for on the go.
Green Thai has very clean and clear properties..
I would say that Thai has steady energy, nothing overbearing, no heady feelings and even steady mood lift. Good for more physical days. Insense also has one of the faster order to shipping times.
FYI-
If you ordered from Pa using e-checks, new customers take some time to clear before they ship, up to a week.

Oldfartsurfer.....

please keep in mind, that vendors are not allowed to talk directly about some of the gifts from this amazing plant...
i simply made an attempt to describe some of the beautiful properties of this gift of a plant.

We hope to hear from you someday soon, should you have any questions.

We believe customer service is a keystone to having satisfied customers.

Enjoy Life....ALWAYS!
